Returns + Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
Jamie Turner provides a 14-day return window for most jewelry pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your piece, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still intact, show no obvious signs of wear (e.g. dirty stones, scratches in stone/metal, or other damage), and be sent back in its original packaging (including the box, box content, and dust bag).

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are here to make this easy. You
can exchange any eligible piece within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com and we will email you a return shipping label.

To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still intact, show no obvious signs of wear (e.g. dirty stones, scratches in stone/metal, or other damage), and be sent back in its original packaging (including the box, box content, and dust bag).

After an exchange has been processed, the item will be considered final sale.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
First, make sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return. Then contact us at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com and we will email you a shipping label.

Please follow all instructions when preparing a return or exchange:

  • Indicate the reason for your return.
  • Provide the original order number.
  • Include all original documents in the package and the original packaging (including security tag still intact, box, box content, and dust bag).
  • Ship your package using the shipping label we provide to you via email.

RETURNING A GIFT
If you would like to return your gifted piece, please contact us at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com. If you do not have the original order number, please email us at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com with the original purchaser’s name and we will be happy to help! No need to hurt anyone’s feelings, the gift-giver will not be notified of your return. Gift returns can only be refunded on a Jamie Turner gift card for the amount paid on the original purchase and valid for one year from date of return. To be eligible for a return and gift card, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still intact, show no obvious signs of wear (e.g. dirty stones, scratches in stone/metal, or other damage) and be sent back in its original packaging (including the box, box content, and dust bag).

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND?
Refunds take approximately 15-20 days to be processed by the Jamie Turner team. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and depending upon your credit card company, may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing. Jamie Turner cannot provide a refund on orders until they can be processed and inspected by our quality assurance team. If an item is returned with obvious signs of wear (dirty stone, scratched stone/metal, etc) or the security tag is missing from the item, it will be sent back at the expense of the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
