Returns + Exchanges

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Jamie Turner provides a 14-day return window for most jewelry pieces, but some exclusions apply (see below for exclusions). If you are not head over heels in love with your piece, please contact us at: care@jamieturnerdesigns.com

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still intact, show no obvious signs of wear (e.g. dirty stones, scratches in stone/metal, or other damage), and be sent back in its original packaging (including the box, box content, and dust bag).


EXCLUSIONS
We accept returns on most of our pieces with the exception of custom-made pieces. Please note that all of our rings are custom-made. Custom-made pieces can be exchanged for a different size or for store credit but cannot be returned for a refund. Any piece listed as FINAL SALE is also excluded from returns and/or exchanges. 


WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We are here to make this easy. You can exchange any eligible piece within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Contact us at: care@jamieturnerdesigns.com and we will email you a return shipping label. Please note that an exchange will only be initiated once the return has been received.

After an exchange has been processed, the item will be considered FINAL SALE. 


HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
First, make sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return. Then contact us at: care@jamieturnerdesigns.com and we will email you a shipping label.

Please follow all instructions when preparing a return or exchange:

  • Indicate the reason for your return.
  • Provide the original order number.
  • Include all original documents in the package and the original packaging (including security tag still intact, box, box content, and dust bag).
  • Ship your package using the shipping label we provide to you via email.

RETURNING A GIFT?
What is better than getting jewelry as a gift? Getting the piece of jewelry that you get to pick out for yourself! If you would like to return your gifted piece, please contact us at: care@jamieturnerdesigns.com. If you do not have the original order number, please email us at care@jamieturnerdesigns.com with the original purchaser’s name and we will be happy to help! No need to hurt anyone’s feelings, the gift-giver will not be notified of your return. Gift returns can only be refunded as store credit for the amount paid on the original purchase. To be eligible for a return and store credit, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still intact, show no obvious signs of wear (e.g. dirty stones, scratches in stone/metal, or other damage) and be sent back in its original packaging (including the box, box content, and dust bag).


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Refunds take approximately 15-20 business days to be processed by the Jamie Turner team. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and depending upon your credit card company, may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing. Jamie Turner cannot provide a refund on orders until they can be processed and inspected by our quality assurance team. If an item is returned with obvious signs of wear (dirty stone, scratched stone/metal, etc) or the security tag is missing from the item, it will be sent back at the expense of the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
