We have a few items that are in stock and ready to ship. However, most of our pieces are made-to-order especially for you.
For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
We offer free shipping and free return shipping on all orders. Once your order has been processed, your pieces will be shipped via complimentary UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) service. You will receive an email prior to shipping and will be given a tracking number. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.
Due to the value of our jewelry pieces, we do require signature delivery on every order. We will email you once your item is ready to ship. If you are unable to receive the order within the estimated shipping window, just contact us email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere within the US. We don't ship to P.O. boxes. All shipments require signature delivery.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All Jamie Turner Designs pieces are imported from Austin, TX.
HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
If you have a Jamie Turner Designs account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! Don’t have an account? No problem, you can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email with your tracking number, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive your tracking number via email.
HELP! MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE!
